ICRIT Live-in Services

Compassionate Care

ICRIT Healthcare is a family-owned business with over 7 years of experience.

We are based in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

Our manager Priscilla is a qualified and Registered Nurse.

At ICRIT Healthcare we offer unique full-time one-to-one support to both individuals and couples in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

We ensure that you or your loved one can remain as independent as possible and avoid the need for Care or Nursing Home placements.

We customize the live-in service to suit your personal needs and aspirations, regardless of the level of dependency.

Our Live-in Care Companions are experienced.

We train them not only in providing you with personal guidance and support but also in providing a service that is reassuring and gives peace of mind to family and friends situated close by or further afield.

The permanent presence of a live-in Care Practitioner enables family and friends to be confident that help is on hand when and where needed.

Our live-in care service is available to younger and older individuals and can be utilised both on a long-term or short-term basis, for needs of high-level dependency and complex conditions to assist in rehabilitation or companionship.

Why Choose ICRIT Healthcare?

live in care

We understand that being able to stay in your own home can make a huge difference to your mental and physical well-being.

The aim of many of our clients is to remain at home as long as possible and through our work we have seen how retaining choice and control in later years greatly improves the quality of life.

We believe that you are the expert in knowing what is best for your lifestyle and will work closely with you and your family members to provide reliable, tailored care enabling you to live the best life that you can.

We supply our dedicated, compassionate and professional staff to live-in with individuals who may need round-the-clock care and support within the comfort of their own homes providing all the services available as per the Home Care/Domiciliary Care services.

When everyday life becomes difficult.

Better choice than a Care Home

Our Live-in support is a cost-effective alternative to residential care.

It enables people to continue to live in their own home, in familiar surroundings, supported by a 24 hour suitably matched Home Companion.

Good old-fashioned service

Asking a stranger to live in your home can be a daunting process.

However, we will consult you every step of the way to ensure that you’re happy and comfortable with the care that you receive.

We go to great lengths to ensure that every care worker employed by us is appropriately trained, professional and competent.

We would never hire anyone we wouldn’t invite into our own home and we do our best to ensure that clients are matched with like-minded care workers to allow mutually beneficial relationships to be built.

One of the questions we’re asked most often regarding live-in care is ‘how can I retain my privacy when a care worker moves into my home?’

We understand that this is a big step for you and that a period of adjustment will be required.

All our care workers are professional Carers and trained to deliver the correct balance between care provision and maintaining your privacy.

We’ll work with you to establish an ongoing routine that allows you maximum dignity and respect whilst ensuring your care needs are met.

We go the extra mile to keep you happy

We believe that there is always more that can be done to create extraordinary, trusted service that is perfectly tailored to your needs.

care

Communication is very important to us.

During the assignment, we keep in regular contact with your Home Companion, you, and your family.

We encourage you to be actively involved in the selection of your Home Companion.

You are always in control

We carry out regular monitoring checks, regular supervisions, and will respond to any change in needs and additional requirements positively, quickly, and effectively when necessary.

You will be in safe hands

We can guarantee that you will never be left without care.

We only select people who demonstrate that they are passionate about caring.

Our Home Companions

Naturally, we would not be able to operate our home care service without our top-quality care support workers.

They are handpicked to provide the best possible care and we support their work with appropriate management and training throughout their time with us.

Our aim is to promote and respect choice & comfort to promote independence.

Trained by accredited trainers

All our staff undergo enhanced police checks and are fully trained by our accredited care trainers.

Their training is regularly updated, and the home companions we select for you will be matched carefully to your needs.

We always send more than one companion, so there is a friendly face when the usual companion is on holiday or otherwise unavailable.

How it works?

Once your Home Companion is placed with you, we will regularly contact you or your family to ensure that everything is going well.

We will hold review meetings to ensure that your needs and expectations are still being met, or in case of changed circumstances, the care plan may need updating.

Our service is flexible and if ever you wish to make a change, all you need to do is contact the office.

If our team is unable to give you a sufficient response immediately, because of the nature of the problem, we will initiate a thorough investigation and try to offer the best resolution as soon as possible.

During this process, we will carefully listen to:

  •   You
  •   Family and your loved ones
  •   Your Home Companions
  •   To other health care professionals if needed
